Bureau du port Diélette
In a beautiful location, right opposite the Channel Islands, the Port of Diélette has the advantage of being accessible more or less all the time, and as such, is a popular stop-over for sailors wishing to enjoy the peace and quiet of this well-preserved natural site.
The coastal path (sign-posted either Sentier du Littoral or Sentier des Douaniers) snakes around 80 km of coastline from Urville-Nacqueville to Surtainville, and will amaze you with the variety and contrasts of its landscape. Don’t miss the Nez de Jobourg, where the cliffs reach their highest point of 128 meters, one of the highest in continental Europe.
The Cotentin water-sport and wind-sport hub is on the wide sandy beach of Siouville, close to the port of Diélette. The Atlantic breakers at the foot of the massive Biville dunes are an ideal location for surfing, with the Channel Islands providing a stunning back-drop.
